Due to the COVID-19 situation, the first face-to-face Counsellors´Study and Training Exchange Programme (C-STEP 1) was changed into an online training. Based on its success, we are now announcing the next online training „Counsellors‘ Study and Training Exchange Programme (C-STEP 2)“ that will take place from 9th to 18th March 2021. This time, the training will focus on „Enhancing Competencies for Practitioners in Career Guidance regarding the topic future jobs“. Different international experts in this field will present a broad picture of the situation in Europe, the needed competences and methods in counselling concerning „Future Jobs“. The participants will gain insights into the theoretical as well as practical aspects of Career Guidance in Europe.

The training and all the material will be provided in English language. The learning units will include a mix of different didactical settings and methods. They e.g. will start with an hour lecture including questions from the participants, the division of participants into smaller groups (moderated by the different national and international partners), letting participants discuss certain aspects and prepare something for the bigger group, which will meet afterwards again etc. It is planned to record parts of the online training and upload them together with the other material like presentations, literature and protocols, onto the Academia + project website (https://academiaplus.eu/).
